All rates require a deposit of the first night's rate plus 11% tax at the time of booking. Reservations can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are charged the first night's rate plus tax.

A daily resort fee of $35 plus tax ($38.85 total) applies to all reservations. It covers:
- On-site parking and Wi-Fi
- The pool and pool towels
- Hotel bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas
- Day-pass access to The Briggs Wellness Center
- The complimentary Slidr shuttle to anywhere within five miles, running during high season and on holiday and event weekends
Bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests must be 21 or over to reserve a room at The Cove Inn. Guests under 21 are welcome to stay when accompanied by a family member aged 21 or over.

Yes. On-site parking is included in the daily resort fee, with one space per unit booked. There's no oversized parking for RVs, boats, or boat trailers, and no boat slips are available on the bay.

Yes. During high season and on holiday and event weekends, the complimentary Slidr shuttle takes guests to and from anywhere within five miles of the property, whether that's the beach, dinner on 5th Avenue South, or shopping on Third Street South.

The Cove Inn has 86 individually designed rooms, apartments, and a penthouse. Every one has a private balcony with either a bayside or park view, and every room includes a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.
- Hotel Bayside and Hotel Park View: about 375 sq. ft., with a king bed (sleeps 2) or two double beds (sleeps 4)
- Efficiency Bayside and Efficiency Park View: about 500 sq. ft., with a king bed (sleeps 2) or two beds (sleeps 4), plus a kitchenette with an electric cooktop (some with a small oven)
- Apartment Park View: about 730 sq. ft., with a separate living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Choose a king bed (sleeps 2) or two double beds (sleeps 4)
- Bayside Penthouse: about 1,300 sq. ft., with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-length balcony overlooking the bay. (Sleeps 4)

Yes. The outdoor pool overlooks Naples Bay, with pool towels provided. Guests can also order food and drinks from The Boathouse on Naples Bay for delivery to the pool. Please check with the front desk for current pool hours.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but The Coffee Shoppe on the ground floor serves pancakes, local favorites, and traditional American breakfast daily from 7am-1:30pm, with takeout available. The Coffee Shoppe accepts cash only, and there's an ATM just outside in the lobby. Guests can also charge their bill to their room, to be settled at check-out (an additional fee applies).
Prefer breakfast in? Every room has a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Efficiency rooms have kitchenettes, and the apartments and penthouse have full kitchens.
Yes. The Boathouse on Naples Bay, the family-owned waterfront restaurant at the east end of the property, now delivers direct to your lounger by the pool. Just scan the QR code on the pool signage, place your order, and relax by the water while it's brought to the pool deck.
The poolside menu includes lite bites like bacon-wrapped scallops and ceviche, bowls and salads, handhelds such as the lobster roll and wagyu burger, plus cocktails, beer, and refreshments. Poolside delivery runs daily from 11:30am-6pm.

Pets are not permitted at The Cove Inn. ADA-certified service animals are welcome with prior notice; please let the front desk know in advance at 1-800-255-4365 or info@coveinnnaples.com. Emotional support and comfort animals cannot be accepted.

No. The Cove Inn is entirely non-smoking, including all guest rooms and balconies. A $250 penalty applies to any breach of this policy.
