RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $35 per night plus tax ($38.85 total) is charged on all reservations at The Cove Inn.
The daily resort fee covers on-site parking, Wi-Fi, the swimming pool and pool towels, use of hotel bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, and day-pass access to The Briggs Wellness Center. It also includes the complimentary Slidr shuttle, which takes guests to and from anywhere within five miles of the property during high season and on holiday and event weekends.
Please note: bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas are subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT
Please note that a valid credit or debit card is required at check-in and a temporary $50 hold per night will be placed on your credit or debit card at check-in to cover potential incidental charges. This is not a charge and is fully released upon check-out, provided there are no damages or extra room charges. Funds will be released by your bank within 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
NO PETS POLICY
Pets are not permitted at The Cove Inn. Only ADA-certified service animals with appropriate documentation are permitted, with prior notice. Emotional support and comfort animals cannot be accepted. Please contact the front desk in advance if you plan to bring a documented ADA service animal. A $250 charge will apply if a pet that is not an ADA-certified service animal is found on the property.
NO SMOKING POLICY
A strict no smoking policy applies throughout every area of the Cove Inn. Anyone found to be not adhering to this policy, including in any private room or balcony, is liable to pay a $250 penalty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All rates require a credit card deposit of the first night's rate plus 11% tax at the time of booking. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged the first night's rate plus 11% tax. Offers are separate rate types and cannot be combined.
Best Flexible Rate: The standard rate on which all offers are based.
Stay 3 Nights: Save up to 25% off the Best Flexible Rate. Minimum stay of three consecutive nights. Savings may vary on holidays and special event dates.
Florida & Georgia Resident Discount: Save up to 10% off the Best Flexible Rate. Valid for Florida and Georgia residents only. Proof of residency required at check-in.
AAA Auto Club Discount: Save up to 10% off the Best Flexible Rate. Valid for AAA members only. Proof of AAA membership required at check-in.
AARP Discount: Save up to 10% off the Best Flexible Rate. Valid for AARP members only. Proof of AARP membership required at check-in.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be aged 21 or over to reserve a room at The Cove Inn. Guests aged under 21 are welcome to stay, if accompanied by a family member aged 21 or over.
GUARANTEE POLICY
A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6pm). All reservations made through this website must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
