Requires deposit equal to the first night's stay plus tax, due at time of booking. Cancellations must be made before 72 hours prior to 4pm ET on the date of arrival. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Early checkouts will be charged an additional one-night penalty.
