The Cove Inn is Open
Following temporary closure due to Hurricane Milton - Updated 10/18/2024
Thank you all for your kind words and well wishes. We are thankful our beloved property is back open and welcoming guests after Hurricane Milton. Our team whave been incredible and worked tirelessly to prepare the property ahead of the storm, and again after it passed to get us back up and running. We are so grateful for all their efforts.
Here are current updates for guests:
- The hotel is now open and operational for guests.
- The hotel pool is open as normal.
- The Coffee Shoppe and our poolside Chickee Bar are open with regular opening hours.
- Nextdoor neighbor restaurants, The Dock and The Boathouse, are both open with regular opening hours.
- Remedial works to some areas including our lobby will be ongoing. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
Mandatory Cancellation and Refund Process
Applicable to scheduled reservations between 10/08/2024 - 10/11/2024
- Cancellation fees for all mandatory cancellations are waived and a full refund will be issued.
- Guests wishing to update their reservation with alternative available future dates will receive no change fee, but may be charged additional according to the applicable nightly rate for their chosen new dates of stay. All reservation updates are subject to availability.
- Reservations made via any third-party booking platforms, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Trivago, etc. may incur a cancellation and/or change fee imposed by the platform. Please contact the relevant platform for the terms and conditions of your reservation. The Cove Inn on Naples Bay has no control over third-party platform reservation terms and conditions.
